Who am I?
My name Is Russell Beck and I am a Junior working on an undergraduate degree in Security and Risk Analysis (SRA): Intelligence Analysis and Modeling Option, at The Pennsylvania State University. I also am pursuing minors in Global Security, Middle East Studies, and Political Science. Currently, I am the Director of Intelligence of the SRA Club, where I am heading up and moderating the Counter-Terrorism Panel, which was a huge hit in the Fall, grew in the Spring and is being planned for Fall 2010, and the SRA Book of Knowledge. SRABOK is a small pamphlet that will contain terms, acronyms, and models that are useful for SRA majors. So far at PSU, I have taken 88 credits and have maintained a 3.55 GPA. My plan for the Fall is to intern at the International Center for the Study of Terrorism under Dr. John Horgan, enjoy another successful football season, and began the second half of my college career. I am very interested in Counter-Terrorism, Intelligence Analysis, Risk Analysis, and Visualization. I am always open to suggestions on how to make this blog better so please email me at rwb5073@gmail.com with anything at all. Also, please click here (UPDATE SOON) to check out my resume. I am currently entrenched in my internship at SRA International, but am looking for options for Summer 2010, preferably in the fields of Intelligence orCounter-Terrorism, preferably with the Government.
